Synopsis:  Roman agent is sent to Palestine to investigate rumors of the resurrection of an executed criminal.

IN THE SHADOW OF THE EAGLES (1966)
aka All'ombra delle aquile (1966) Original Italian title aka Under Ørnens Skygge (1966)  aka IN THE SHADOW OF THE EAGLES (1966)
Credits: Directed by Fernando Baldi. Cameron Mitchell+ Beba Loncar + Gabriella Pallotta
Synopsis: Roman general forced to do battle with a violent gang of ruthless barbarians. IN THE SHADOW OF THE EAGLES is an extremely rare peplum directed by Ferdinando Baldi, apparently shot back-to-back with his MASSACRE IN THB BLACK FOREST. Cameron Mitchell more or less repeats his role from that film, staring as a Roman general matching wits with a rebellious tribe of barbarians at the border of the Empire. Recommended.
